The Tox Edit – Membership Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to The Tox Edit membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Overview

The Tox Edit is an annual anti-wrinkle treatment membership designed to maintain consistent results throughout the year.
Membership includes 3 anti-wrinkle treatment appointments per year covering up to 3 areas per treatment.
Treatments are typically scheduled approximately every 12 - 16 weeks, subject to clinical suitability.
Membership pricing reflects a reduced annual rate compared to standard pay-as-you-go pricing.

Membership Payments

Membership payments are collected monthly via automatic subscription payment.
The Tox Edit membership is charged at £60 per month.
Membership payments cover the cost of your annual treatment plan and do not accumulate as redeemable credit.

Membership Benefits

Members of The Tox Edit receive:

3 anti-wrinkle treatment appointments per year for up to 3 areas
Priority booking where available
Access to exclusive member offers and promotions where applicable

Minimum Commitment

The Tox Edit requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Following the initial 3-month period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.

Treatment Scheduling

Treatments are scheduled in line with clinically appropriate treatment intervals.
Additional areas requested outside of the included 3 areas may incur additional charges.
Unused treatment appointments cannot be rolled over into the following membership year.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled after the initial 3-month term with 28 days’ notice prior to the next payment date.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
If a member cancels their membership after receiving treatment(s) where the value of treatments received exceeds the amount paid towards the membership at the time of cancellation, the outstanding balance must be paid prior to cancellation being completed.
Any outstanding balance will be calculated based on the Tox Edit membership pricing.

Missed Appointments

Standard clinic cancellation policies apply to all appointments booked under The Tox Edit membership.
Failure to attend a booked appointment without sufficient notice may result in loss of that appointment allocation.

Suitability & Clinical Responsibility

All treatments remain subject to consultation and medical suitability.
Aesthetics and Skin by Yara reserves the right to refuse or delay treatment where clinically appropriate.
Treatment results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Missed Payments

If a payment fails, membership benefits may be temporarily paused until payment has been successfully collected.

Amendments

Aesthetics and Skin by Yara reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, or terms and conditions with reasonable notice provided to members.
